Terrible germination rates. 2/14Terrible germination rates. 1st time buying from this business and last. 1 strain 0/7, the 2nd strain 1-7. They replaced order and they were no better. Wasted a month and set me back. Not happy at all.

Customer service is completely non existent and shamelessI put in an order on May 01 the site said I would receive confirmation within 24 hours with tracking code for my 2-3 day shipping, which I paid $20 for! I received no confirmation. So on May 04 when I should have received my seeds I enquired about the status of my order! I was given an initial snarky response to check my email. It wasn’t there so I gave my order number and got a “oh”and then received a code the next day. No apology. Not a big deal. But then My package was not even delivered to Canada post until may 12 and not received until may 15. I have requested my shipping fee back and have been ghosted. There has not even been a single apology for the poor service .The Phone number attached to the website I’m pretty sure is fake I’ve tried it probably 15 times. I was afraid that I was being scammed until I actually received my seeds Garbage customer service, garbage experience, fraudulent fees on shipping. We will see about the seed quality.
